I would say “yes, it’s worth it”, because the frameset is awesome, old shimano groupset is very reliable. You can always upgrade it with a modern groupset and some carbon wheels, but it seems to be good as is

The frame is worth more than 700. If it is a size correct for you snap it up.

yes, 700 is market rate for non-updated 2000 era TI road bikes. considering that one looks ready to ride, good deal. that’s a fairly small size, hopefully you are mid 5′ range or under.

It’s maybe a yes if that’s really what you’re looking for… Do you have other bikes? Personally I’d rather a newer alloy with disc brakes and some decent tire clearance…
