Was riding my Backroad in the woods and somehow managed to rip my front derailleur clean off the carbon frame. Bike is just over 2 years old. RIP. Rose have so far responded with utter silence. Anyone got good experiences getting them to replace things?

How did you manage to do that? Did you hit somehthing og did you “just” push hard in the pedals 😅
Don‘t expect much from roses support. I cancelled my bike almost 2 months ago and i still don‘t have the money…
Yesterday was a regional holiday in Germany and most would take the Friday as bridge day. Expect an answer next week.
