I noticed that the rear hub developed play after just 3 months. I bought new bearings (6902 RS), installed them and the play was gone. However, after just 30 minutes of riding there's some play again. End caps and thru axle are tight.
Any help?

*Assuming you mean lateral play* it really only can happen if you didn’t adequately torque the non-drive-side lock nut enough. There’s only like 7 parts in that whole stack, it’s not like you forgot a spacer or seal. I know you said you tightened it all up, but I’d disassemble and double check.
Did you use Shimano-brand bearings?
