Replacing the CP0018 with a two-part handlebar

I'd like to replace the CP0018 that came with my Ultimate CF SLX (purchased Sept 2024) with a normal two part stem + handlebar. How can I do that? I see there are two "replacement parts" although they're only listed as being compatible with the CF SL not CF SLX. Do you know if they work fine?
