Took my rear tire off so I could get my rim relaced. Found this inside the tire.
Tire is less than a year old and I rarely ride in the rain. Also took off the front tire and there is no mold, looks completely normal. I’ve had tubeless tires for years and have never seen this. Can I clean and remount this tire once the wheel is repaired or is it trashed?
Thoughts?

Looks like you got the wrong type of Stan’s special goo.
I’d clean it and ride it
I had white mold to a much lesser extent than you in one set that I didn’t ride much at all. I’m curious about this as well.
Cost / benefit analysis. What is the cost of a new tire and how long will it take to clean? How much is a new tire? How important is it to use the tire till it’s bald? Personally, I’d throw it in a closet and buy a new one and work on it later.
Clean out the old sealant and refill and ride on. Perhaps wear a mask for the cleaning due to mold inhalation is all.
I mean tires are not exactly pristine objects operating in pristine environments as it is. Mine have dog shit and cow shit and snot rockets and bog water and all sorts on them. Tri bike tires smell of piss lol.
