I got this old Trek 800 Antelope a while back and I want to make a gravel bike out of it. I just don’t know where to start. It needs new just about everything. Any tips or recommendations on where to start/any YT videos I can watch would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have all the parts, or are you trying to piece it together?
Use chatGPT to research parts for the frame and what tools you need. I have had luck with it so far. Literally paste your text in this reddit into chatGPT

What are using the bike for?
Id start with trying to get some forks for it first. Maybe see if you have a local bike co op around that could help with that. Then youre going to have to measure what size bottom bracket you need. Then get some cranks and chainrings, brakes, shifters, derailers, a seat, cables and gosing to tie it all together. If i were you i would look around for something that is complete already and tear it down and put it back togeather then upgrade from there.
