    Id start with trying to get some forks for it first. Maybe see if you have a local bike co op around that could help with that. Then youre going to have to measure what size bottom bracket you need. Then get some cranks and chainrings, brakes, shifters, derailers, a seat, cables and gosing to tie it all together. If i were you i would look around for something that is complete already and tear it down and put it back togeather then upgrade from there.
