This is around the average height of my hops but I feel as though I’ve not progressed for a few months. I have a feeling this is an issue with not extending my arms and not sucking up my legs but I’m finding both of those hard – If anyone has any tips on those or any idea why I can’t really average higher than this that would be great thanks!

Practice on lifting your back end with your pedals flat & feet pointed towards the ground, you’re getting the front high enough, you just need to follow through with it all on 1 motion
Yup, you need to extend your arms forward and scoop the pedals, I’d say also to pull up harder, the height of your front wheel will pretty much determine how high your hop is going to be, you’ll know you’re doing it right when your bars start hitting your thighs (not that they need to hit your thighs all the time), also make sure it’s all 1 quick motion if there’s a delay in the timing that’s going to affect the height.
I watched a video that made the higher hops much easier for me, instead of visualizing scooping your feet, pull up and jump off your feet, then just suck your knees up. It essentially feels just like the scoop just an easier way for me to learn at first because I didn’t understand how to scoop without doin an endo
