Paying a hefty Campy tax. I’m seeing that [matte and gloss frame as a 2015](https://www.bikeradar.com/features/pro-bike/pro-bike-tiffany-cromwells-cervelo-s5). Though matching black bikes to a specific year can be difficult.
Around C$3500 you are in the price range of some rather good new mainstream bikes. Carbon frame, disc brakes and 12 speed mechanical 105 should be possible for under C$4k. Wheels would be a downgrade.
I could see being interested in it around C$2500/US$1800 that still seems a bit high to me but the Canadian market differs to the US.
Are you looking for an aggressive aero bike? If you are not, new would be my choice.
