Hi guys, thank you for the constant help every time I post! This one is just an update but I’ve backpedaled from the bunny hop for a bit and went to practice picking up the front better.
I’m very happy with the result of that practice, it uses a lot less energy when I shift my weight, instead of just pulling hard. Although now instead of my legs and arms being sore, it’s all my upper and lower back and core haha
Also switching my shoes to my old Half Cabs made a big difference in not slipping off the pedals
I’ve been able to get more energy efficient bunny hops like this, now I just need to practice getting my rear higher more.
As per always, I always post these to accept any tips and advice, yall are the best 🤙
