Considering buying this 2017 specialized diverge. It is full carbon and with carbon wheels and an electrical Shimano 105 R7170 Di2. It’s seems like a great bike but I am worried that it is “risky” buying such an old bike. Has a lot changes since then, do carbon frames wear out? Do I get a better bike by buying this instead of a for example new Orbea Terra or giant revolt also carbon with electrical gear which costs only a bit more?
