Hey guys, looking for some advice. I got a brand new Canyon Ultimate about 6 weeks back. I’ve been loving it for the most part but the seat post keeps dropping on me. First I used the supplied paste from Canyon and it was creaking, so I cleaned it and applied Finish Line carbon paste. I just can’t keep it from sliding down. I’ve tightened it well past torque, about 7 or so. Worried about going too hard and breaking it. Anyone else have this issue and figure out a solution?
