Honestly bar width is super preferential and nobody can tell you what you should run. They look pretty good to me but I don’t know your riding style rither. I personally run mine super narrow, probably more than most would. Just feel it out and see how you like it.
As an aside, that brake setup is actually brilliant and you definitely deserve some props for that one IMO. You could definitely rig it up with some shorter cable/housing and make it a bit more practical.
