The bike is new (10 days) and the wheel spins perfectly and with no noise when free-spinning.
Riding as slow as possible, the sound also goes away.
I'm very certain it comes from the front wheel, it happens independently of pedaling and periodic with the frequency increasing with speed.
Will add a Video of the free spinning wheel in the comments.
Thanks for any help!

I’ve had something similar and the bearing inside the hub was loose, basically it was spinning on both the inside and outside, if you get what I mean. I applied some green wurth bearing glue and it went away. Guess the bearing was sliding/rotating on the hubs surface and made that annoying noise.
I’d wager it’s your rotor being misaligned with your brake caliper – even a couple of mm for either can cause some rub, but given that the bike is new it’s probably just the top of the caliper/ slave cylinder needing to be shifted over a little bit.
Pretty easy fix with the right lighting, or just take it to the shop you bought it from and tell them the bike you just bought seems to have some brake rub. No shade to your LBS, it’s common to not be able to hear it when it’s just on a stand, or it could have been caused from a slight hit to your rotor.
Hard to tell but honestly sounds like brake rub. Something is flexing enough under load to cause rubbing maybe? Can you make it louder/different by just kissing the front brakes?
Take the wheel out, check torque on everything, put it back, check pad alignment. All the usual typical things before you look at a bearing issue, etc.
Check rotor
Thanks for all of the suggestions, will try them asap!
First thought is the edge of the rotor touching the caliper, since they are sometimes not perfectly round, some part of the rotor might touch while the rest of the edge doesn’t.
Another thing I would check is the wheel hub, see if there is some play, and also remove the wheel and check the bearings.
Cube Nuroad C:62 One? Or any other nuroad? If so check your valves. My nuroad didn’t came with screw nuts to prevent the valve from hitting the wheel and every time the valve spot of the tire touched the ground it squeaked.
