Hey,
I’m hearing a strange clicking or grinding noise coming from the chain or rear drivetrain when pedaling, even worse under load.
Any idea what could be causing this?

Sounds like your bearings need servicing. I could be wrong, but that’s what it sounds like to me.
Does the noise change in different gears?
