You’ve got the rotation down but never actually throw your arms forward (like the bunnyhop motion), that’s why the rear never comes up / back peg never clears.
Just tuck the rear like a 180 bunnyhop- suck your legs up, and shove the bars forward at least a little. You only need a few inches of lift in the rear and you’ve got it!
