On this ride we headed out to do ‘The White Peak Loop’ in the Peak District. The forecast was for rain all day, we had a couple of patches early on but otherwise it was perfect riding weather.

he’s killing me Is this worse or better than the one we’ve just come down this is notable I don’t even know what that was [Music] [Music] Made it to the start of the I peak trail Let’s go Let’s go [Music] [Music] [Music] What did you think of that one we’ve made it to Kington water and we’re doing well We’ve done about a mile and a half Mile and a half Enjoying the rain and cold 10% climb So far he’s picked a bloody good route How you feeling about it excellent Absolutely fantastic And then suddenly it starts tipping it down Well we’re about 5 miles in and it’s absolutely pissing it down Glad I brought the hood today Oh dear Just stood here in the rain waiting for Gray to come back up a hill cuz he took a wrong turning over there somewhere He didn’t hear me I did scream him a few times but What’s he walking through the river for just ride it There’s a bridge over here Just go over there Don’t know what you’re thinking about in that river Hell playing at you Just at the top of another high percentage climb What a great route this is Absolutely fantastic Well done Gray Still messing about waddling through that bloody river down there somewhere Excellent What a day Here he is the riverman How are your feet wet I don’t know why you didn’t just go over the bridge like everyone else Cuz I didn’t see the bridge [Music] [Music] Hey love He’s killing me This is some Edwin This 300 watts for 10 mph Where’s Evil wow [Music] [Music] requested this mud It wasn’t I did it with dug but Is this worse or better than the one we just come down just It’s just when you get around the corner here you just like walk probably We’re at Chedale Nature Reserve and uh just been down a very very steep descent Gray’s walking it I should have really not sure I’ve got any grip left on me brand new tires but hey ho Good fun Here he is How did you find that one that’s definitely not ridable for me No I should have got off halfway down I don’t think I’ve got any grip left in me tires That is definitely beyond my pay Tough flat Very tough Tell you what though the view’s worth it I tell you what that’s off to that guy who was riding up [Music] I don’t even know what that was but we just turned right in Mlock and went up a wall That was an actual wall I think Gray’s pushing You still dead proud of your route no Not bad Right Let’s do it Say two and a half miles of this I’ve been drunk This is another bloody tricky one Mile and a half of ridiculous elevation again Great fun though Been a good day out Probably can’t see but that is steep Very steep That was the White Peak Loop which I can highly highly recommend Finishes with a bit of killer if you started from works with But uh what a cracking day out Just waiting on gray now That was a that was an evil climb to finish the day with But uh yeah did well New tires were great Light peak week Very good
