I don’t know anything about bikes, I bring it to the bike shop when I need something but I got work first thing tomorrow and I can’t !
I ride in 7th gear, leaving work today it feels like I’m in 1st and can’t figure out why. If anyone can help please comment or dm me !

that thing you point at is your front derailleur, the curve is likely because you haven’t changed gear. But if you think it’s positioned bad, tune your gears.
Tuning gears needs to happen every once in a while, it’s pretty straight forward if you know what you’re doing.
For you my bro, with all respect— Just drop it to the bike store for a service.
Have you tried shifting your front derailleur? You’re in the highest gear on the cassette (rear cogs) and the lowest gear on the crankset. Shift the front derailleur (left shifter) to the higher gears.
Where do you live? Is there any chance there’s a nearby bike co-op or bike kitchen?
These are great places where you can get in-person help and education about bike maintenance and problems. Usually from volunteers, usually really cheap or free.
