I just bought this bike off eBay so I don’t have it in my possession yet. It has a full Campagnolo Victory groupset but no decals other than the Columbus tubing decals. Anyone have any idea of its maker?
Looks nice. Any serial numbers or other markings ? It’s also possible it’s home-made. I built a few, with no marking except decals.

Looks like every custom small shop frame I’ve seen since the 70’s
Beutiful bicycle!

See if the bottom bracket has a cut out design

I don’t feel this is homemade. From what I’ve seen, this looks like it speaks Italian..
Very nice drop outs

Near the Vatican. My guess is that the frame was made in ‘70’s, by a small boutique frame artiste, in the Columbus area. Have not done a deep dive, ….

Whomever has this beautiful bicycle is a very lucky individual…
If the frame angles are too steep for your liking, please let me know…

The paint looks questionable, hopefully not repainted to cover rust

This looks just like my bike, same green, same geometry and fitted with Euro parts. Mine is a 1976 Gitane and was originally fitted with Mavic, Normandy and other Euro gizmo’s. The give away will be the top of the front forks, at the shoulder of each side there will be a Gitane motif pressed into the steel. Mine was Gitane blue but after a prang had it painted the same green as yours. Beautiful!

That paintjob doesn’t look so good. That’s not to say it’s a bad frame though
