  1. get a more upright driving position. you probably have to modify your cockpit for that.

  2. Can’t see the angle of your stem from the photo but you could try flipping it to raise the bars

    Neck issues are almost always bikefit issues.

    Tweak your setup, or get a professional bikefit.

    If it is the back of tour neck, you are probably looking up all the time, get a more upright position. If it is your shoulders, you’re probably reaching for the bars: bring them closer.

    I personally rub on difene gel or ketoprofen gel. NSAID drugs. Like others have mentioned perhaps a more upright position would suit you better.

    Also this isn’t just a fun adventure hobby, it’s extremely demanding on the body. Are you doing stretching before and after a cycle?

  5. It’s probably a bikefit issue, you have the stem, handlebar and horizontal saddle position as factors..

    Or upper body strength. I added upper body mobility training to my plan, and can do a lot more hours now before the neck pain starts.

  6. In addition to what others have said, try to concentrate on actively engaging your core and relaxing your upper body while riding.
