That is SRAM 3 bolt chainring, you need Shimano bolt pattern, check exact model of your cranks

No, it wont. You need cranks with sram gxp 3 bolt mount
No, you probably have shimano direct mount not 3 bolt. A super quick google would have helped before the impulse buy, but easy fix is to now buy a new sram crank set or other aftermarket set that uses 3 bolt.
Was the standard not listed on the site you bought it from?Â
Also buying a chainring and then trying find a crank to go with it seems like an expensive way of doing things.
