Bought it earlier at a car boot sale (minus seat and pads) for £60 and was wondering if i got a good deal what Eastern model and if possible year that this frame is. It’s a relatively tall order but hoping you guys could help. Cheers!

Looks like it. I’ve had two that both had the cutouts on the seat post and the integrated clamp.
I folded a reaper frame at the downtube on a nosedive. Loved it before that lol
