murray westport bike

hey everyone 🙂 i have a murray westport classic cruiser bike that has been in my family for a while now. i am planning on taking it with me to college and need to register it with campus police, and i am wondering if anyone can help me with the following:

1. the year it was made
2. i am almost positive the serial number is MOTO but is it possible it is MOT0?
3. any other facts about the bike!! i’m no expert so anything new to learn would be so fun!
