Brake started to make a lot of noice. Even shortly after changed pads and rotor. Is this a leak in the caliper? Tiagra br4770 (used during winter, so would not be suprised if its done..)

Did you notice if the back of the pads were coated in brake fluid?
looks like fluid has been leaking for some time and ate away the paint
Toast, time for a new one. They’re cheap and easy enough to swap out. Pads are most likely done as well. It’s very difficult to remove brake fluid and the annoying sounds that they will generate.
