First pair of shoes

Dont know if this is the right sub for this, but I hope you guys can help me.
Just got. my First pair of shoes an I am unsure about the sizing.
Meassured my feet at 28.5cm length und 10.3cm width. Going by DMT‘s chart i ordered the largest available size. Now after reading online how they should fit and trying them on should I size down?
What you maybe can‘t see in the picture is that I also can move my toes up and down.
