Do cable stops exists for this style of downtube shifters?

I am considering replacing the downtube shifters on this bike and using bar end shifters instead. However, normal cable stops won’t work with this single center bolt design. Is there a part that exists that solves this? (If my only option is clamp style I’ll just leave these where they are.) Thanks in advance.
