Used Bike – Outlet Return Policy (USA)

Hi everyone!

I've been trying to get back into biking after a few years without a bike post big move. I saw Canyon has some decent deals on Used Outlet bikes, but I'm not 100% clear on the return policy.

I see some people here say that in Europe you have the regular 30 days, but in the US (where I'm at), it's no returns.

I do see that some outlet bikes specifically say "Please note, this bike is a final sale and may not be returned." while others like the one below don't. Then on the other hand, some Outlet bikes specifically say there is a "30 Day Return Policy", while the majority don't have that tag.

Am I correct in assuming that the Outlet bikes with photos of the specific scuffs/dings/etc. DON'T qualify for 30 day returns, while Outlet items without photos do? I know I should probably wait until Monday to clarify with customer support, but really itching to order ASAP since there's only one left!
