As the title states, I was ina hurry and only noticed my tires were flat after tooking a few sharp turns (flat meaning 30psi instead of the usual 70). I had no time to stop because I had a train to catch and now my tires have these white lines on the side. Are they done for?

If anything, 30psi is closer to the proper pressure than 70.
It has got some bruises but you will be alright
you should be fine. i would check for a slow leak though
