I mean, it’s 150$, take it if you need it.
I‘d consider it a fair deal! If it fits, you’re going to have a lot of fun with it. My first road bike was a lesser bike than, a steel frame with downtube shifters and I rode it for years, including races. Still riding it occasionally.
