It’s off to a very fast start. We currently have eight riders at the front, quite a few French riders: Bruno Armirail, Alex Baudin. Romain Bardet is at the front, as are Pierre Thierry and Anthony Turgis. Pierre Thierry, who is having a great Dauphiné Criterium, the young rider from the Arkéa team. They are with Andreas Leknessund, as I just told you, and Mathieu Van der Poel, who is the best placed in the general classification, 14 seconds behind. We also have a Canadian , Michael Léonard. The gap has grown to two minutes. Except that Steve Chainel, since the start of this stage, the Visma and the team, especially, of Tadej Pogacar have been riding. And you can see it, the last gap, there, 1 minute 19 seconds. We are, you can see it, less than 60 kilometers from the finish with the Cote de Mont-Saxonnex. And then, this final climb in two stages, Côte de Domancy, Côte de la Cry. Watch out, change of player. It’s Visma – Lease a Bike who are starting to roll. First in line, Attila Valter. But it’s not the finish, up there. It’s exploding. Tadej Pogacar is there with his teammates. Where is Remco, though? I don’t see him. Remco isn’t there. There’s Valentin Paret-Peintre in the first part of the peloton, in the Visma – Lease a Bike swarm, led by Victor Campenaerts, now. Move over, you’ll have him in the windshield. The breakaway will be caught before the summit, since there, we thought the peloton would maintain a gap of 1’30”, 2 minutes, but when you see the work of Visma Lease a Bike, it doesn’t look like much of a chance. Remco, it’s okay, he’s back on the line. He’s here, Remco, no problem. Because it wasn’t to get back to the breakaway. There was no rush. Sepp Kuss attacks. Sepp Kuss will be the one to draw. Look what happens. Pogi goes for it, followed by Jonas Vingegaard. He completely cracks. Pogi, who was alone. It’s a race of movement. Romain Bardet must appreciate it. Yes, he probably doesn’t understand either. He said to himself: but with 45 kilometers to go, are the champions attacking? Maybe we want to isolate Tadej Pogacar. Whose bottle is it? Remco. Remco’s? Yeah, nice. A little bottle for Remco. They shared a very nice breakaway, we remember, at the Vuelta a España. There were two of them, more than 60 kilometers ahead. Lipowitz’s counterattack, they saw it all on #LesRP. They were telling us about a Visma attack, they were telling us about Lipowitz anticipating a pass. Paul Seixas is fighting behind. It’s every man for himself. Romain Bardet is there, as a witness, he’s having a blast. Romain Bardet, he gave Remco a bottle, is he looking for a contract with Soudal? There are plenty of contracts coming for Romain Bardet. It’s Jorgenson, now, who’s making the effort, we said so. There’s no more UAE, Jacky. There’s no more Soudal, there’s no more UAE, Remco is all alone, Pogi is all alone. We’re coming back from behind, we must have Johannessen. Who’s perhaps getting help from Leknessund. He got him back. We’re trying to bring back the leader of this team, at least in the general classification, Tobias Alland Johannessen. Behind, things are getting organized behind, they’re coming back. Normal. We expected it with Bahrain for Buitrago. Lenny Martinez. Buitrago, I don’t know. Yes? I think he was there, Bruitrago. Pierre Latour. Jegat? I think it’s Jordan. Jordan rather. 152. Was it the flat? It’s over. Have a good trip and good luck. 9 kilometers of climbing and a 1’14” lead at the foot of Domancy. We’ll see if we’ll use the same strategy at Visma – Lease a Bike with Sepp Kuss’s attack. He was the one who really caused a mess. Alex Baudin dropped Michael Leonard. If he still wants to believe in it, he must now rely only on his legs. Look, big acceleration. Remco Evenepool who is also distanced. He is forced to make an effort. He has no teammate. It’s the UAE now. The shepherd’s response to the shepherdess. Incredible. In Mont-Saxonnex, it’s a big power move by Visma on the slopes of Domancy, the UAE’s response. Tim Wellens won’t be able to accelerate for long, unfortunately. And Tadej Pogacar’s attack right away. Vingegaard in the wheel. There, we see it, we are a little over a kilometer from the summit for these two favorites of the Dauphiné of the next Tour. But what will they do in a kilometer? When we turn left. Vingegaard is dropped. Vingegaard dropped by Tadej Pogacar. Well, he’s not completely dropped. For now, he’s keeping his pace. But it’s tough. It’s tough for Jonas Vingegaard, the world champion who’s digging in. We said so. He wanted his revenge on this Côte de Domancy. He’s turning around. Vingegaard, never a good sign. He needs support. It’s also possible that Vingegaard will ease off a bit. If Jorgenson isn’t far away, he might wait for them, since there’s a long transition, we’ll have four or five kilometers to go to Combloux. Jorgenson is there. He’s not going to ride with Remco Evenepoel. We’re told 15 seconds. 15 seconds behind Jonas Vingegaard on Tadej Pogacar. Sébastien Piquet just said that on Radio Course. And already 43 seconds behind for the Yellow Jersey group. We’ve been given a white jersey, but it’s definitely the Yellow Jersey group. But there’s Lipowitz too. Alex, 500 meters from the summit. He’s not going to be able to make the switch. It’s been a while… In any case, hats off to Alex Baudin, who will have had a great stage. We’re losing time to Vingergaard, but we’re also losing time to Remco Evenepoel, along with, let’s remember, Lipowitz and Jorgenson, Vingegaard’s teammate in third place. Vingegaard, who will in turn catch Alex Baudin. He’s already 30 seconds behind Jonas Vingegaard. He’s already lost 10 seconds since the summit of the Côte de Domancy. This morning. He had a 22-second lead over Tadej Pogacar. Tadej Pogacar, who is in the process of taking the yellow jersey of this Dauphiné. Lipowitz, who’s putting in a little attack. Whoa! Oh, he’ll make some friends. Afterwards, Remco Evenepoel… That’s his game. If he can drop Remco Evenepoel and overtake him in the general classification, if he can get on the podium in the Dauphiné. On the other hand, Remco, I don’t understand. He knows very well that there won’t be any support from Tim Wellens, Pogacar’s teammate. He knows very well that he won’t have support from Jorgenson. He turns around. I don’t see why he’s turning around. Pogacar, Vingegaard, Lipowitz. He’s attacking! Jorgenson who’s going to drop Remco Evenepoel. The blow to morale. He was expecting it. That’s why we saw him turn around, but in any case, he can’t react to Remco Evenepoel. 55 seconds. At the Flamme Rouge. Exactly. He’ll take a minute from him. We’ll see if Tadej Pogacar will sprint to the end to take as much time as possible, or if he wants to raise his arms. He’s used to raising his arms, Tadej. It’s still good. It’s good. Yes. He never gets tired of it. He’s going to do it for the 97th time, even if sometimes he hasn’t raised his arms for certain victories, for general classifications. As they said, he can do 100, but if he wins tomorrow, wins Sunday, plus the Dauphiné, it would be Tadej Pogacar’s 100th victory. Meanwhile, we saw Alex Baudin continuing to fight, who was also overtaken by Vingegaard, overtaken by Lipowitz, by Jorgenson, and who should finish his great adventure in the company of Remco Evenepoel to claim a good place. Here he is, the world champion. Passing by the road, Bernard Hinault in Sallanches. He is a world champion who will win once again in this Dauphiné. He won the first stage. And today, it’s a revenge in Combloux. A sign sent to Jonas Vingegaard. A few hours now from the Tour de France, Tadej Pogacar wins for the 97th time in his career. He will go for the yellow jersey. We start the clock, we wait for Vingegard. He’s in a sprint. He’s in a sprint, Jonas Vingegaard. He, who had overpowered Pogacar here in Combloux two years ago in a time trial, was overpowered by this same Pogacar. On the same slopes. Ten seconds. That’s 22 bonus seconds since the start of this Dauphine for Tadej Pogacar. Jonas Vingegaard finishes with the energy he has left. He had been the first attacker. He was then countered on this sixth stage. Vingegaard crossed the line 1’01” behind. We’ll add four bonus seconds. He fought in the finale, but he lost about 1’05” today. Here’s Florian Lipowitz who made a huge climb. Florian Lipowitz who had a small lead over Vingegaard and Tadej Pogacar in the general classification. He’s making a very nice climb, Lipowitz, he loses 20 seconds and Jorgenson too, who countered Remco Evenepool two kilometers from the summit. Vingegaard will pass him. Remco Evenepoel finishes. It’s Alex Baudin, just behind. Super climb by Alex Baudin who will finish with the big names on his training routes. Him, the Albertville native. He needed three minutes. He had a minute at his heels and finished two minutes behind. His predictions for Pogacar were very good. He gave it his all. He gave it his all, he will make up a place, he will have shown his jersey. The top 10 of this stage, Tadej Pogacar, who wins with 1’01” over Jonas Vingegaard. Florian Lipowitz at 1 minute 22. We’ll keep an eye on it. For the general classification, it will be close between Jonas Vingegaard and Lipowitz for second place. Matteo Jorgenson, fourth, 1 minute 30 seconds behind. Remco Evenepoel is 1 minute 50 seconds behind. Alex Baudin, first Frenchman. Tadej Pogacar, who leads the Dauphiné tonight, 43 seconds ahead of Jonas Vingegaard. Floria Lipowitz is third. Our French riders are there. Louis Barré, who gains two places. He is seventh tonight. Two places gained for Paul Seixas, also eighth. Behind, we find Johannessen, Tulett, Rodriguez, 11th, and the 12th is 3 minutes 45 seconds behind. Enric Mas.

Dopagar 💊 💉
Proud of Tadej!🤩
Magnifique etape! Bravo a E-Pogacar…Quelle blague ouais!
Dopacar a encore frappé 🤡
Bravo champion ! 💪😉
Great performance from Tadej but his team and remco's were sleeping and both were alone…so until the TDF there is still a lot of work for them to do
Go Pogi
