P Line – 12-speed ceramic shaft jockey wheel replacements for stock Advance 4 speed derailleur and Advance Chain Tensioner?

Hi fellow r/Brompton riders!

I have a BxBxC P Line 12 speed, and thinking if it's possible to replace the stock derailleur and chain tensioner's small sprocket jockey wheels, to something 'smoother' with such as those having ceramic shaft, that are also "compatible with the stock Brompton tensioner"? Simply remove the stock sprocket wheel, and swapping out with smoother ones?
