Canyon chat said my tires would come tubeless ready with tape already in. This is sort of a spongy liner thing. Is this truly tubeless ready for sealant? Or do I need to tape over this? Or remove this then tape it? I put that valve in myself, it came with a tube In it

Tubeless tape
You should be fine to go tubeless right away!
Most of the time tubeless ready tires come with tubes inside, otherwise the sealant would dry up over time in storage.
