I don’t have an answer to your question specifically, but I’ve noticed that outerwear, such as vests and jackets, regardless of manufacturer, tends to be loose fitting, and if you try to size down, it ends up being too short on the torso, exposing the bottom of the jersey.

An alternative if you’re concerned about ill-fitting outerwear, is if it’s not too cold out: cut out a piece of Tyvek (like an express mail envelope) that you can wear between your bibs and base layer. Once it gets warm enough to remove, just fold it like a piece of paper, and stash it in your back pocket. It takes almost zero extra room, and is hyper light.

iirc you have no pockets on the vest so this form is to allow you to store stuff on the pockets of your jersey under the vest. At least on mine it’s like that, not sure if it’s as pronounced as s yours.

  3. The vest is cut so when you’re in riding position it won’t ride up. Jackets are like this too.
