so welcome back to some more the Pro Cycling Manager series i know third episode this must be a record pretty much at this point um but uh someone mentioned last video that I should look at the um different riders and the different trainers and have them actually like uh there’s a trainer assigned to him which I went into here i think is where you can see it you can see what they’re training to be at the moment the evolution who they’re training with i saw that the two most the two with the most potential are Ankasha Nikolai here who’s got look at his sprinting potential that’s insane he is injured though at the moment if I’m not mistaken yeah broken shin bone returned in April which h like one a month and a half so sucks but his potential is sick it is it’s almost full um evolution is pretty steady moment probably because of the injury uh apart from that goodness he doesn’t have the biggest potential let me just Well how old is he actually can I see that somewhere here um but you see he’s reached basically his full potential at this point which he is really good to be fair to him so it makes sense the second one is Hell of Melta um who is also has really big potential well I mean pretty decently big potential in terms of um the being a puncher which is what we’re preparing him to be and I trained was it him I changed the trainer on i’m not sure i think yeah I was I wanted to change the trainer because of the relation isn’t great with these two and it’s pretty good with an and realistically speaking he should have the best um you know possibility to develop his evolution is sort of steady um Northern Classics has gone up a little bit and the I guess Ber’s gone up a little bit as well you got his result he’s got second of course one time so I guess really um of course I’m going to try and still keep winning with goodness I think to begin with but I want to focus a little on developing the other riders on the team as well and giving them some stuff to do apart from that uh constant mass is h is a bit meh you know um Schulz is not bad he he’s got some some puncher ability maybe in the future spo is also not bad some decent puncher um potential i guess I don’t know how exactly they are like the um how they evaluate it and how well it’s you know I guess it’s sort of like Football Manager and FIFA and stuff I think where it’s like possible but it might not happen and stuff depending on what happens um but yeah so I’m definitely I want to keep my eyes out for Hill up here and also Ang whenever he gets back from the injury even though it is a puncher which I’m not sure if we have any stages specifically for that so far it’s mostly sprints right but yep there comes a stage for it this guy’s the guy I wouldn’t be counting on anyways that was just a quick little um information bomb right there we have some races coming up we have the classic of Slovenia which is not a class class and not a flat race so once again not something that uh was is really a punchesque race isn’t that but goodness is in his fitness peak is in his prime so we’re going to go out there and um I’m going to give him a good result but I think I mean realistically speaking I feel like I don’t know how much development um well how much stages equal development and vice versa and so on uh but I feel like it makes sense that the guys who have the most potential I’m going to use a little bit more right goodness is not in this tour okay even though he’s doing his fitness figure i don’t know if I agree with that i swear he’s not in the best fitness we’re taking him off we’re taking him off and Schulz is here that’s okay i want I want hell of melt in here to be honest but it’s a one is a one stay you know no I’ll keep the scene i just want goodness in here because he’s I mean he’s too good not to have let’s be honest here wait or do I tire him out here oh give me a second i actually don’t know no right cuz he is not meant to be in this tour here he’s meant to be in that tour why is he not in that tour to begin with what there we go now he’s assigned let’s just go with it see what happens wait we got cobblestones i have not looked at our cobblestone stats i did not I guess it’s a classic but I didn’t realize it was a cobblestone classic uh let’s do that boom look at that changing the camera angle cool and there was something wait wait there was something someone told me i could uh you know choose all of them and then say take place here at the front like with some guy at the front and they should just do that yeah oh my god that’s so much easier thank you whoever said that thank you then they’re all going to be in front and then I can just say the main team position oh my god that’s so much better holy hell okay but let’s look at a couple of stats here what do we have what are the couple stats uh 59 no 68 goodness he’s just good at everything I guess 67 Jansen uh 60 64 62 68 Not as well is looking pretty decent for it so not and goodness other ones we’re definitely going to be trying to use here for that take them real quick um they’re not like but I mean they’re not insane at cobblestones but I don’t think anyone here should be rightly speaking it’s not like a high tier race it should be something that is uh like the ratings I think are good considering the level we’re at so I think we are going to pace across a couple of sectors i think that that’s definitely an idea uh I think customs is going to be the one to maybe host oh no cre is going to be the one to uh fetch waters you know sounds good all right let’s get this bread boys let’s get this bread let’s get this Viking ship on the road or in the water question mark okay first couple sectors right here uh let’s see what happens let’s see how everyone’s doing think they’re doing okay i think they’re doing okay i can’t tell though they’re doing fine kind of doing fine they’re using a little bit of ST especially oh cuz he’s getting wed with her okay so far so good there’s just one sector though waiting with doing anything specific until the uh the next sector for sure for sure we got a team up front is that Uno X uno X in front ooh okay that’s dangerous that seems to be dangerous don’t it a sector here as well let’s see how everyone fares off going pretty fast uh no all right that’s good yeah okay they’re not going that fast but not Oh my god it we are cobblestones they are color stones what if I want to set a pace here in a second who do we What do we want who we want to use who want to use pasta let’s try him let’s try get to the front here oh wait get to the front let’s try and set a decent eye pacer yeah to see if we can uh have some chaos happening boom let’s get it let’s get it i mean Uno X already setting a high pace but maybe he can get through no they’re setting a really high pace never mind oh they’re really going for it wow team they’re sort of surviving goodness at least not as well they’re doing okay scholes is really struggling though it’s fine it’s fine h it’s okay it’s okay at least we haven’t had a flat tire yet at least that’s not happened yet this can still happen though let’s see if we can pace could use Christensen yep and not a sector let’s get up there cinson he’s got 65 Couple stone so maybe he could do he could hurt some people 73 left in Pel now let’s go 99% come on come on can Can you get in front no they’re already pacing 99% damn really going for it goodness is still looking just fine he’s looking we can keep this high pace for sure i might even need someone who’s a little bit better trolls is a little bit better at couples i think I want I want him to the front to pace to really get you know get it going um we all looking good here oh they’re looking dirty though god damn for me are flat stages in the pros like dementia game and in the to France game it’s just not flat stages it’s anything but flat stages you know love it but um we’re getting this Viking ship and we’re just we’re just gunning for it it’s not a classic though so maybe the competition is high who knows might be might be if it is I don’t mind i don’t mind no i thought it was Lambert someone pillison who knows it’s not the best person I know that’s all I know goodness got a good day he is definitely this we’re going for that’s without a shadow of a doubt not even a shadow of a doubt but who’s
