Just got this used gravel bike from Triban and everything seems great so far. However, I noticed this clunking sound whenever I'm pedaling, but only when I'm in the 7th gear (out of 10; the front gear is a single speed). Anyone know what could be the cause for this?

I would first closely inspect the teeth on 7th cog. Some teeth might be broken or there might be some dirt/trash between the cogs. Then try messing with indexing by turning the cable adjuster knob on rear derailleur and see if it makes a difference. If indexing is the problem its trying to jump to 6th or 8th gear and making noise
