Ok. So I'm not normally one to go on about how a bike rides, I just get on with it..
But wow! I'm actually gobsmacked with how good this machine feels. For a 140mm travel 29er it feels super playful. Took absolutely everything I could throw it at.
Also maybe should add.. I'm a hater of dinner plate sized casettes.. But today, 51t saved my bacon on a climb that I never expected the bike or my aging knees to be able to handle. But I did it!
Just short of 45 miles put down on it today, mixed trails, paths and tarmac.
Well worth the price tag of £1,800 in my opinion.
