For a 10 speed Shimano 105 carbon fiber bike looks like a good price. Bike appears clean about the only noticeable condition concern is that the bar tape could use replacement.
That is a remarkable condition for a bike that is 14 years old. Looks underused BUT it is a 14/15 model years old bike so maybe ask to take 10% off the price.
