Picked up this rack for $10 at a resupply! Now mounting it on my bike and stuff doesn’t quite line up the way I want it to. The whole rack is welded so no adjustments there. Should I cut and re weld the seat stay supports or just rock a back tilted rack?

It looks pretty level as it sits. I would say you got lucky if everything is welded up
If you have the tools to cut and weld, I say do it.
That’s a great looking rack for $10.
They welded the stay supports? That’s a shame. I’d definitely cut them and attach/weld new supports to the rack.
