I am getting into bike parts instead of just riding my broken shit. I have finally bent my 3/8 male axle to no return and need a new wheel. Talked to a local shop but they didnt sell them as a wheelset but reccomended a female front hub. Right now I also only have a single wall so double wall is a upgrade.
So my concerns are dirt jumps also, I grind a lot but love dirt jumps as well, how do the female front hubs work on hard and flat landings? In a perfect world I wish I could go 14mm male front like I have on the rear, but finding front 14 male wheelsets seems tough. Also the price seems very nice on the rant.
TLDR; Convince me that female hubs are the shit and that it can handle a 200 lb guy landing hard on them

I’m 6’1 250 and ride hard. I’ve had female front hubs for like 10 years with no problems.
