You wore a way too small Giro for 20 years? Wow. The MET looks fine to me. Could be a little bit further forward. But other than that it looks good on ya! Not too big in my opinion.

Worth mentioning to OP that mips helmets are a little bigger that non mips ones for better alignments for the head in an accident.
