Was it worth the price?

I bought this for 250 (US) and the guy selling it said he won it from a church raffle but never was interested in riding. Said that “Alot of the parts were mix and matched.” I didn’t bother to ask anything else but now I am getting “addicted” to road biking and can’t help to wonder.
