  1. Hit it with some steel wool, put a little lithium grease or whatever you use when you press in your bearings and call it a day. When it’s time for it to break….it’ll break. Good luck.

  2. That ain’t nothing, I’d put it together and send it. If you’re real concerned you could get some rust inhibitor spray (they make stuff specifically for steel bicycle frames).

  3. tubes are usually never painted nor coated inside, you’ll always have this in any brand and it’s fine. there are years before a surface rust gets into a large crack

  4. Steel does this no matter what you do unless you literally never ever ride your bike and keep it in a controlled atmosphere where there is literally no air or water.

Insides are good, jusy some surface stuff. The gusset is the potential troublemaker as the moisture can cook there for ages, put some wd40 in there once ir twice a year.

  6. Rust-off. Buff that shit out. Finish with some wd40or grease, good to go 👍

Send it my man. That’s nothing but a little surface rust. All steel frames will have this somewhere.
    Enjoy
