Hard to tell on the video, but it kind of looks like your rear tire hit the seat when your suspension compressed. I might be wrong though.

it looks like what was done wrong is that you came off of the bike when you were supposed to stay on it.

Looks like a butt brake during the jump.

It looks to me like you were still sitting during the jump..No preloading and your body took the compression. Watch some videos on jumping technique, You seemed unprepared on how to jump.

Did you ring the bell in mid air?

You were too far back. 90% of The crashes on Reddit seem to be the same thing.
It’s a big jump, you were probably nervous coming up on it, so you moved backwards. Which is exactly the wrong thing to do.
Practice standing up and keeping your hips forward on jumps. Start small. Get good at those first. You got lucky here.
I don’t know how to jump really, but many say its how your back tire interacts with the top of a jump that causes the bucking motion that can lead to OTB action cam footage. Also you were wearing helmet so you’re not dumb, just learning. Maybe pushing limits too hard, but idk. That’s not really for me to decide.

You need a neutral body position. Being cool and laid back (literally) can come later.

It looks like you stayed compressed on the transition rather than standing up and then popping off it. Being that far back and not releasing the pre-load causes the buck.

Same problem as [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/MTB/comments/1kotecs/comment/msso8dm/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button). Practically sitting on the seat, no preload, roll the lip = bucked to the moon. This is the most extreme I think I’ve ever seen, its majestic.
Bike had other plans for you 😂
At the end the bike was trying to ride you
