Bought a H&H aluminium mini rear rack v5 (the triangle shaped version) to affix to my new C Line 6spd w/o rack.
Unfortunately, the rear light adapter it comes with seems to be pressing down against my rear mudguard (see 1st picture), causing the mudguard to touch the rear tyre (see 2nd picture).
I’m thinking of cutting out the metal piece pushing down on the mudguard as it doesn’t seem to fit the fender without drilling a hole anyway. Bending the piece wouldn’t work as it will block the rear light from attaching (using the stock lights from Brompton)
Before that, would like to seek you guy’s help to advise if there’s anything I might have installed incorrectly which might be the cause. Trying avoid jerry rigging this since I bought this version as it has a rear light adapter.
