My tire wobbles up an down on the wheel, it's noticable while riding. The rim is trued properly, no wobble in any direction noticeable. It seems that the tire is fit unevenly in the rim (distance between reflector and rim changes significantly) but I'm not able to correct this issue, any tips? The tire has an Etro of 37-622 and the rim of 622-19. Thanks in advance!

Deflate inner tire, unseat the tire where it’s inconstant (the bit where the white line is closer to rim), reseat, inflate.
I have no idea, but I don’t care, rode 4000km like this😂
While Schwalbe’s reflector tape isn’t always aligned with the bead seat, that definitely looks like an improperly seated tyre.
Your tyre and rim combo should not present any problem, but it might be a good idea to check on the rim tape, which should be centred and slightly narrower than the rim channel (I made this mistake once, ordered 20mm rim tape for a 19mm rim and the tyre never seated right).
Next thing is to check that the inner tube is entirely inside the tyre, that can also cause seating problems.
Once you’ve done all that, inflating to max pressure or slightly above should seat it. If it still doesn’t seat, you might try to lubricate the bead with soapy water and then gradually inflate while leaning on the bike and rolling it back and forth.
The wobbly camera action makes it hard for me to tell but are you sure it’s not just the reflective stripe on the sidewalk isn’t perfectly concentric? When the video starts, the top of the tire against the light in the trees doesn’t appear to rise and fall. Then when you are pointing the phone down and from the side it’s hard to see the tire itself wobbling. Focusing on the reflective stripe makes it look like the tire isn’t seated properly but until you’re sure that stripe is perfectly concentric and equidistant from the bead the entire circumference you shouldn’t look at the ring to judge if the tire is wobbly. A good point of reference is to watch the clearance between tire and bottom of the headtube.
