First- it’s a PK Ripper Super Elite. It’s a race bike, not a freestyle bike. IN THEORY the frame itself was anywhere between 3-500 new. So, potentially yes it is worth that as a complete.
The next question is, what are you going to do with it? As a race bike, it’s…decent but not a top tier machine. As ANYTHING ELSE- it’s meh at best. It’ll ride ok as transportation but it’s NOT a bike suited for park/street/freestyle.

I feel like no SE is going to be a “good buy”. Some people are really into that brand though.

Great bike to race on, hit small/medium jumps (large if yer smooth), and fun to flow the skatepark. Could learn some tricks on it, but mostly manuals and old school type tricks. Great bike for the price.
