I picked up this 4300 (built in 2002, I believe) which has Shimano Acera components. In addition to the triggers and thumb levers for shifting, there are also these little levers marked HIGH and LOW, but since they are not currently cabled to anything, I can’t figure out their purpose. Anybody know?
