Need help identifying model/year. Also wondering if it’s a woman’s frame?

The crank says FSA, which is a common crank manufacturer. But on the seatstay it says “95” so presumably it’s a Felt f95.

I don’t think there is really any difference between a women’s and man’s frame. Sometimes bikes will have a lower top tube (like a Mixte) and be labeled a woman’s bike. But otherwise bikes are androgynous.
