Hey all! First time poster, long time lurker
I stumbled on this flat purple 94 Rockhopper the other day and I'm not sure what to do to it. I'm currently building up a blue/pink 89 hardrock as a somewhat relaxed straight bar urban riding rig, but this poped up on marketplace and I'm not sure how I want to build it. I am 6'2" so it's kinda hard to find bikes like this that fit me. I'm thinking tear it all down and clean/grease everything, new tan sidewall tires, seat, shorter stem with flat bars and brown grips. Unfortunately the original rear wheel/7 speed freehub was replaced with a freewheel which sucks because I wanted to try upgrading it to an 8 speed freehub body and go 1×11.
Does anyone have a similar color Rockhopper they can share to give me some inspiration? Thanks!
