I listened to the people and I've installed foot retentions and got rid of the weird saddle, also added a small bag to put my phone and some emergency tools .
Ride it, see how it feels and save your cash and time on things that will make a difference to you.

Invest on tires I guess

I know it looks cool but changing out the front for a normal wheel will make it ride so much better. Unless they just paint over the tracks Im fairly certain they arent machined for brakes. Not even hating, I used to run a rear mag wheel exactly the same as yours and while it gives you some confidence jumping off curbs, the weight is so heavy it negates most positives
If not, carbon trispokes are sick

You should get rid of those reflective stickers. Lights are 100x more effective and basically make reflectors redundant

I wouldn’t change anything besides maybe gear ratio or tires (stuff like that)
Maybe in a year or so you will have some extra cash for another bike that fits you a bit better (a bit smaller) but this fit looks fine
Make sure you are comfy on the bike and ride that thang!
