That thing is mint. Nice ride.

I’d put the price high(er) and see who shows up. Get it to someone who will appreciate it.

as someone with 3 bikes and struggling to want to sell one-id say sell it!
if it doesnt get a lot of road time from you, maybe someone else can show it some love. (:

That color combo looks great, me? I’d never sell it but my wife says I have a problem so….

  4. I would put Bosco bars on the existing stem. Might not need a different stem with all that rise and sweep. Would look sweet too imo. But I have never had anywhere near 14 bikes so I can’t say this is the right choice for you.

Edit: And make the grips yellow. You could wrap the rest of the bars in purple, or purple grips and yellow tape.

    Is that a 1993?
I had the exact same bike. Awesome colorway! I bought it new in 1994 as a previous year model at Cycle Works in Lincoln, Nebraska. I rode the crap out of it for 4 years, then bought a 1998 Trek 7000zx. My first bike with suspension. I gave the Rockhopper to my then girlfriend’s younger brother. I know he rode it through college, but don’t know what happened to it after that.

You have 14 other bikes? Hard to say what you should do with the Rockhopper not knowing what else you have, but I’d say that’s a clean and unique, older bike. Probably worth keeping.

It’s an in-style color way, so it will sell for more than you’d think. 500-600 stretch goal, 300-400 easy sell. But I’m in a HCOL area.

  7. i think $300-400 is cool, i’d be interested if that price speaks to you im in ny
